I went to 5 different panel beaters to get quotes, and Sanderson’s was by far the most professional.
I am a 23 year old female, and the attitude I received from other places was patronising and demeaning, as though I would not understand the process or that I could have the wool pulled over my eyes easily, so they did not bother discussing any details with me.
The man I spoke to at Sanderson’s was thorough and courteous, and made me feel that my business with them was valued – and that was while I was only looking for quotes. A fantastic first impression.
When I received quotes back, 4 out of 5 were over $1000. Sanderson’s was nearly $300 less.
When I was discussing which panel beater to use I was told by several people not to go for the cheapest one – as it was so much cheaper than the others – ‘so it must be dodgy’.
I stuck to my gut instinct of my first impression and booked it at Sanderson’s anyway.

I wanted to take the time to thank you properly for the excellent work on my 07 Subaru STI, after a shade sail collapsed during a storm. Like many people who are car enthusiasts of one type or another, I was horrified when I discovered the extent of the damage to the paint work.
The care and respect you and your staff showed the vehicle was refreshing, and the end result far exceeded my expectations. It is one of the better paint jobs I have seen, and while I am obviously not in the trade, others who are have commented on just how great a job it is.
So, thank you, and should I or an acquaintance ever be in the unfortunate position of requiring paint/body repair again, I will not hesitate to recommend your services.
When my new Mazda RX8 was sideswiped I was, to say the least, very upset – until I met Paul.
It was during negotiations with the culprit that I was advised to take the vehicle to Sandersons. I did just that. Paul inspected the damage and assured me that after he and his team had worked on the car it would be like new again.
How right you were Paul. The car was returned to me in pristine condition. I could not have expected more.
